Help: Returns & Refunds

For help on returns and refunds, please read the following for details on our polices.  For any additional help or inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  For we at Netzari Press so much appreciate you and your interest in all our offerings.

Refunds on Printed Products

Aramaic English New Testament 5th Edition HardcoverWheel of Stars by Andrew Gabriel RothThe Y'shua of History DVDNetzari Nation Symphonic Inspirations by Marcus Ellis

We accept returns of printed items, as long as such items remain unopen and you can return them in their original packaging.  If an item is open, we cannot accept the return to stock for resale, as we would incur an upfront loss of all such items.

Please contact us with your request to return an item.  Be sure to include your order number.   We’ll then begin to arrange our warehouse to receive your return.

Netzari Press uses a commercial fulfillment company which levies fees to ship and receive returns.  Netzari Press often subsidizes the costs of fulfillment and shipping.  Thus, in processing returns, we calculate the net loss and refund the balance.  The restocking fees, cost of shipping etc., is generated by our fulfillment company.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with one of our products, we would strongly encourage you to gift such item(s) to a friend or family member.  Such blessings will advance the Kingdom of Heaven.

NO Refunds on Digital Products

In terms of digital purchases, we do not offer refunds.  This is simply because such items are digitally unique to each original purchaser.  They also cannot be physically returned for resale.  To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the AENT Bible PC App free for a limited time trial period.  This provides access for you to review the PC App prior to purchasing.

Netzari Press arose out of the growing interest in returning to the Ancient Paths (Jeremiah 6:16) “where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”
